Woman Suing Hamburger Mary’s For Being “Violently Pounded” By Drag Queen’s Breasts

Woman Suing Hamburger Mary's For Being

No one said drag wasn’t dangerous.

Neldin Molina, a 53-year-old woman from Denver, Colorado, is suing the popular drag restaurant chain Hamburger Mary’s for $1.5 million for medical costs and “suffering physically and/or mentally” from a drag show she attended.

According to a lawsuit filed last month, in May 2015 Molina visited the Tampa, Florida location of Hamburger Mary’s for a birthday celebration with friends and family.

Molina claims the hostess did not tell her about that evening’s drag show, and an hour into her meal “loud music started to play and a crowd began to cheer,” according to the Miami Herald. She noticed a drag queen onstage and turned away from the performer hoping to be left alone.

There is nothing a queen hates more than being ignored.

The drag queen, Amanda D’Hod, reportedly approached Molina’s table and touched her shoulders while her back was turned and then proceeded to walk in front of her. Molina then accuses D’Hod of shaking her breasts in her face and neck “violently” pounding her face against D’Hod’s breasts “up to 9 times.”

According to the lawsuit, Molina ended up in the hospital on June 2 with “excruciating cervical pain and uncontrollable headaches.” She claims she now has “irreversible spinal damage and has lost range of motion in her spine and strength in her right arm” from “the drag queen’s thrusting chest.” Molina also says that Hamburger Mary’s has a “duty to notify patrons” about any drag shows.

Honey, it’s Hamburger Mary’s. There is always a drag show.

We all know that drag is not a contact sport, but we have never heard of a lawsuit being filed against a queen because of their breasts.

“It’s not a good thing for anyone to go up to someone and perform that way,” Molina recently told the Tampa Bay Times. “There are a lot of people who have medical issues. I wasn’t aware that this was going to happen.”
