  1. I can really relate to Eugene. I hated the thought of opening up because I thought I should just get over. It’s not that easy and trust me going to therapy has changed my life so much. I don’t have to get up to check the doors and windows in the middle of the night or have my dog sleep in my room Incase someone was outside so he could alert me. Getting help was the best thing I ever did.

  2. I've always hated talking about my feelings. I hate crying about my problems. I dont tell anyone about my problems because they dont need to care about them, cause they're mine. That's it. Idk if you were expecting me to say something like now I go to therapy and everything's better. Crying in my bathroom while no one hears is my therapy

  3. Keith I like to be my kind of friend, Zach I want him to be my child, Ned is a kind of guy want to be my youngest brother and Eugene I want him to be my partner in crime. Period!!

  4. It's ok guys you are all typical group in a good way

    Ned= the cocky and competitive
    Zack=the smart one
    Keith=the funny one
    Eugene=the handsome one

    I mean you are all good looking but you know what I mean.

  5. Please do more of "self improvement/mental health" content. Not because I think you need it, but because I think I need it, and many people would benefit from the leadership. You've already broken down so many boundaries but the mental health thing is the big bling bling.

  6. We should be advocating more about men talking about their stress instead of holding it in! Being manly doesn't mean living in emotional pain!
    Make it normal for men to share their emotions!!!

  7. Suggestion for Zach- say never or always less. When you use a word that is so encompassing it can make whatever you're talking about seem so much bigger in a negative way. If someone says everything always goes wrong vs I have some things that are going wrong there is a big difference in the heaviness.

  8. The first thing when Ned said that about Keith I honestly just thought shut up I mean it's obviously a shtick he doesn't actually mean it. 🤦🏻‍♀🤦🏻‍♀🤦🏻‍♀
