  1. Really great routine, and I like you positive attitude. Bit of constructive criticism: make sure you get your lefts and rights correct when describing a stretch

  2. I really enjoyed this video. I will definitely be incorporating it on my rest day. What I liked most about it is the fact that there was a lot of upper body recovery work. I find that a lot of recovery/yoga videos focus primarily on the lower body and just touch on the upper body quickly, but this one concentrates on both equally. Great video – definitely recommend!

  3. I absolutely love this video. I always laugh at your comments like “oooh that feels weird”. You’re so entertaining and the exercises are great. I can now touch the floor with straight legs thanks to you! The only exercise that I really don’t get is thread the needle. I feel nothing in my shoulders. Any tips?.

  4. I went kayaking for the first time last night. My arms and back felt terrible this morning so today is definitely a rest day. I stuck to child's pose for the sun salutations, but once I was warmed up, I felt so much better. The side splits (28/31) and glute stretches (56/57) were my favorite. I've recently taken up jogging so these helped to unwind my sore lower body.

  5. Really loved this session trying to do it everyday. Am I ok with the hamstring stretches but I have really tight hips so I struggled with those ones. But as you say ‘work in progress’

    For me the best exercises were all the ones for spine… Felt sooo good! The worst for me because it was too challenging was the quad Lizard, I can't grab my foot because I feel sore on my knee on the floor… I will try to use some knee protection next time. I loved the stretching and I will definitely keep on doing them! Cheers!

  10. Hi Millionaire Hoy, you are a very talented man. I am a 56 year old woman, and I love mobility. I love both your cardio and yoga exercises, so I do 30 minuets cardio and then 30 minuets yoga three times a week, although sometimes the cardio is too fast for me but I try to do it how much I can.   11. great successful stretch. I've gotten all of my favorite stretches in, out of one video or stretch session. I'll be using this more often. What I like most is that we didn't stay in "vinyasa city" for more than we needed to. This was perfect for a recovery day! feel as though nothing was left out. Thanks!
